Tears of the Moon is a song about someone who never finds his/her place in this world, among with the regular people out there, so this person finds sanctuary and peace somewhere else; this could be how many young people find themselves atracted to art in all of its forms, as they become engulfed in the magic of imagination and creation; as it is in metal, many people look lonely, thoughtful, but in the end, that's what makes them different, what makes them whole and also strange to the rest.
